I’ve been here twice now and I’m so glad I found this place. The dealership always costs more and just doesn’t feel the same. Red’s is so much better and more affordable. You can tell they actually care about the people coming through the door. The staff is amazing and really kind. They make you feel welcome, which is a big deal when your car is acting up. (They have snacks in the waiting room, too!) Do yourself a favor and start coming here!

Red’s Auto Repair got our vehicle in quickly, was super responsive and kept excellent communication every step of the way. They took an incredibly frustrating situation and made it easier. There was no pressure or push for any “unnecessary” services and they ensured that we knew exactly what was needed to get us back on the road (as well as what would be beneficial to do in the future to prevent potential issues). We received an itemized quote in a timely manner and a call to explain the necessity/benefit to each job. We were then able to accept or decline each portion and all our questions were answered thoroughly. Our vehicle was dropped off via tow on Monday at close of business and they had us well informed- with a plan, then back on the road Thursday morning. 10/10 would recommend and we are grateful to have a shop we can trust with our vehicles.

As someone who doesn't know anything about cars and been ripped off at other auto shops before - this is definitely the BEST experience I've had. They were all very chill and honest - told me what can wait and what needs to be addressed now. Reasonably priced as well. Extra bonus points for being VERY toddler friendly as my little one had high energy and zoomies during our visit. Hands down best shop ever!

I just moved to the area last week and on my travels here my check engine light came on. I posted in my neighborhood group asking for recommendations and someone recommended this shop. I called the next morning and Josh was able to get my vehicle in right away. Within a few hours we had the diagnosis and the game plan set. My vehicle was repaired and back on the road two business days later. One thing that stuck out to me the most was the comment the shop owner made he said “ I strive to make this shop a place I would feel comfortable with my wife going to” and he does just that. Josh never made me feel like a burden for the questions I had or when I would call to get updates.
